MI Line Motorized Single-Side Working Conveyor – 7.3 Mtr (24’)
The MI Line Motorized Single-Side Working Conveyor – 7.3 Mtr (24’) by Estovir Technologies is a high-performance chain-type conveyor engineered for manual insertion (MI) lines in PCB assembly and electronics manufacturing. Single-sided operation, with operators working on one side, makes it highly efficient for directly transferring PCBs to the Wave Soldering Machine (finger type).
In this conveyor line, the PCB moves on a chain conveyor, guided at its edges. As the PCB progresses, operators sequentially insert designated components into their respective locations. By the end of the line, all components are inserted, and the board is ready for soldering. The PCB edges are securely guided, and the conveyor channels are adjustable to accommodate different PCB widths, ensuring smooth and precise handling.Built with a durable aluminium (40×40) or powder-coated steel frame, the MI Line offers an ergonomic working height (900 mm ±25 mm), adjustable bin trays, and variable-speed control (0.75–1.7 m/min) powered by a 3-phase induction motor. Its ESD-safe design, fire-hazard-free construction, and operator-friendly features make it ideal for high-volume production environments, including automotive, medical device, and consumer electronics industries.
